![]() ![]() ![]() The people were very nice, and those who gave us the tour were extremely knowledgeable. The laundry is down the hall, so there's not laundry in the unit itself, but it's spacious, and the ceilings are high. You'd have to bring your own microwave, there's not any in every single one of them. They said that they would do what was needed. The rooms were really nice, they were accommodating when I had indicated that I would rather have carpeting instead of flooring, if that was something that they'd do. The people there were really nice and attentive, they answered all our questions, and we had an extremely nice tour. It's a very beautiful facility, and it's very clean. If you’re looking for genuine help, GO ELSEWHERE!!! Or at least request someone with some type of empathy.Vickie I was able to tour Provision Living at West Chester. ![]() Have you ever tried being on a video call with a screaming, sick child? Or when you have a fe ver and can’t breathe because you’re constantly coughing uncontrollably? Sure, there’s a 48hr *cancellation* period, but HOW DO YOU PREVENT YOURSELF FROM GETTING COVID?! Should the next couple just come in anyways or sit through an almost $200 zoom call while they’re miserable and their baby has cried for days, sick? Disappointed to say the very least as this was one of the more expensive places to choose from and we were REALLY looking forward to this. All about the money!! 1 year old and S/O were sick, exposed to COVID (S/O tested positive) so I emailed Candace and asked to reschedule, NOT cancel, reschedule (ya know, because of the pandemic?) and instead would only do a zoom call (again, with COVID? And a sick baby that was exposed to COVID?!) Short as can be and 10 minutes later charged my card almost $200. ![]()
